Clerk to Blakeney Parish Council

Blakeney Parish Council has been a customer of Rialtas now for a number of years.  That said, accounts are just one aspect of the Clerk/RFO job, and an important and specialist role at that, with many of us having little or no accounting experience before taking on the role.  The Rialtas team, are a godsend, they are always helpful, polite and encouraging, no matter what the query.  The customer service is excellent and no query is a ‘silly query’.  The main lesson I have learnt from them over the years, is that, if I have not found the answer within 5 minutes of trying myself, then call them as they can save hours of a Clerks time.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to any Parish or Town Council looking for a suitable accounting software package with excellent support, from a super team.  Thank you Rialtas!
