A comprehensive new user training session covering all aspects of the program to include :-

• Organisation structure & set-up; use of committees, cost centres and account codes
• Cash books, bank reconciliation and reports
• Month end procedures
• Use of control accounts, and sales & purchase ledger reports
• Vat returns
• Monthly management accounts, including income & expenditure reports and balance sheets
• Journal entries
• Preparation of budgets, budget transfers or virements, current year forecasts and five year plans
• Year end statutory reporting
