This training will guide you through the process of restructuring your nominal codes, costs centres and budgets aiming to create an optimal reporting structure for your council. We will focus on the below for 1 hour, the remainder 30 mins will be an opportunity for a Q&A session: 

• Review of nominal codes and budget reports 
• Creation/deletion of nominal codes and cost centres (if not used for 2 years) 
• Using journals 
• Review of reports 
• Forward budgeting 
• Virements
