I wanted to say what wonderful support I have received from your team and particularly from Roger.  I have spoken to him a couple of times recently regarding EMR and which reports to print for council etc. and he has been most helpful, explaining everything patiently and in detail - I just wanted to record my thanks - he is great!

With regard to the Year End process, I found it so helpful having one of your team complete this procedure, (I had Ray and he was superb, again, nothing was too much trouble) and the knowledge that it was all done correctly and the new year was all set-up and ready to go again was excellent.
